Strataigize is hiring a Senior Mobile UA & Attribution Lead to take full ownership of a mobile game user acquisition account.
This is not a general paid media role. We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on operator who can independently manage mobile UA strategy, campaign execution, attribution coordination, reporting, and performance analysis across a complex account.
You will be responsible for owning the account day to day, leading the transition from the current UA partner, managing campaign performance across multiple platforms, supporting attribution and data integrity, and helping strengthen our internal mobile growth capabilities over time.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in mobile app or mobile game growth, deep knowledge of Adjust, and the ability to connect media buying, attribution, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day management of a mobile game UA account
- Lead handoff and transition from the incumbent UA partner
- Audit and support attribution, event mapping, postbacks, and tracking integrity
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, AppLovin, Unity, TikTok / Bytedance where relevant
- Analyze performance and make budget, optimization, and scaling recommendations
- Work closely with the client’s internal creative team to improve performance
- Lead reporting and communicate clear insights, priorities, and next steps
- Help document processes and elevate Strataigize’s internal UA expertise
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition experience
- Strong experience managing paid acquisition for mobile apps or mobile games
- Strong hands-on experience with Adjust
- Strong knowledge of mobile attribution, postbacks, SKAdNetwork, app event tracking, ROAS analysis
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, AppLovin, Unity Ads
- Ability to work with both in-app purchase and ad revenue data
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience coordinating with developers, analysts, or technical stakeholders
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without heavy oversight
Strongly preferred
- Mobile gaming experience
- Experience inheriting and stabilizing accounts from another UA partner
- Experience with Firebase, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting tools
- Experience with long-payback optimization and cohort-based decision-making
- Agency or consultancy experience

Compensation
$90,000–$110,000 CAD base salary
