About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and results-oriented Marketing Growth Analyst to join our team. This role is at the heart of our growth engine; you will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that sharpen our marketing edge.

You’ll focus on the "top-of-funnel," dissecting how we attract, engage, and convert new users. If you enjoy hunting for the "why" behind the numbers and collaborating across teams to move the needle on ROI, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis: Lead the deep-dive analysis of upper-funnel performance across all paid, organic, and earned channels to determine what’s driving high-quality traffic.

Measurement & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide a "single source of truth" for marketing KPIs.

Optimization Strategy: Proactively identify friction points in the customer journey and surface opportunities to improve conversion rates (CRO) and overall marketing efficiency (CAC/LTV).

Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and help shape experiment roadmaps.

Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives and present recommendations to leadership to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.
