Senior Frontend Application Developer (TypeScript, UX, Enterprise Platforms) | Onsite | NY | $120K - $200K

We are working with a well-capitalised, global enterprise that is investing heavily in modernising its frontend application ecosystem. They are building a high-impact engineering team focused on delivering intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces that power critical business platforms across finance, operations, and enterprise data systems.

This is a role for a frontend engineer who thrives on ownership, product thinking, and delivering exceptional user experiences in complex enterprise environments. You won’t just be implementing UI, you’ll be shaping how users interact with large-scale systems, working closely with backend, data, and business teams to turn complexity into clarity.

What you will do:

• Design and build scalable, high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript
• Develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for complex enterprise systems and workflows
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and data-driven features
• Work with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and similar systems
• Design and implement reusable component libraries and frontend architecture
• Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, production-ready code
• Contribute to UX design decisions, improving usability and accessibility across platforms
• Integrate with platforms such as Palantir Foundry for data-driven applications
• Leverage no-code/low-code tools where appropriate to accelerate delivery
• Manage code versioning, collaboration, and CI/CD workflows using Git
• Optimise frontend performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on internal tools and dashboards
• Own frontend applications end-to-end, from concept through to deployment and support
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions quickly
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and delivery is key

Requirements:

Must haves:

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Expert-level TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
• Strong experience building applications for enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and user-centric development
• Experience designing and working with complex data models and workflows
• Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience integrating with APIs and data platforms
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable frontend architectures
• Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
• Genuine frontend capability across:
• UI architecture and component design
• User experience and interaction design
• Integration with backend APIs and enterprise systems
• Performance optimisation and responsiveness

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms
• Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms in enterprise environments
• Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in data-heavy or analytics-driven applications
• Background in enterprise modernisation or digital transformation initiatives
• Understanding of security and compliance considerations in frontend applications
• Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional teams
