Position: Web Developer

Compensation: $50 - $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Join a dynamic team renowned for delivering award-winning digital experiences. This opportunity allows you to work on diverse projects, focusing on B2B websites and applications. The role is open due to expanding project demands, offering a chance to contribute to high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Translate Figma designs into websites using WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Drupal
• Lead custom theme development in Drupal
• Provide accurate estimates for development initiatives
• Support teams with feature requests and maintenance
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers
• Work with UX, strategy, and design teams
• Contribute to sprint demos and quality assurance
• Engage in client calls and training sessions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of web development in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with PHP-based CMS including Drupal and WordPress
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and build tools
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular frameworks
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and compatibility best practices
• Comfort with hosting platforms like Acquia, Pantheon, AWS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Jira for task management
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation
• Interest in learning new platforms and CMSs
