UX/UI Designer

Summary

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer for a hands-on, hybrid role supporting digital product and communication initiatives. Candidates must have extensive experience in UX/UI design within Agile environments and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine UX/UI for digital products.
• Create and update Figma templates and components.
• Extend existing design systems.
• Translate feedback into design improvements.
• Support various UX/UI tasks (non-coding).
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Senior-level UX/UI design experience.
• Demonstrated success in highly hands-on, detail-oriented roles.
• Background in product and Agile development.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

This is a 6-month hybrid onsite Contract opportunity with our MN client.
