Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 technical support within an executive office environment. The role involves supporting end-users, including senior leadership, ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology, and providing both onsite and remote support across international offices.
Job Title: Onsite IT Support Engineer – Executive Support (L1/L2)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract: Yearly Renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication, and MFA.
- Deliver proactive floor-walking support for meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, video conferencing, printers, and WiFi.
- Support users remotely across global offices.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and licensing.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) and escalate when required.
- Manage device lifecycle activities such as provisioning, software installation, and replacements.
Technical Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device support.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
- Microsoft MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
- Microsoft MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
