Job Summary
The Product Portfolio Lead manages the organization’s product and initiative portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, effective prioritization of investments, and delivery of business value. The role oversees portfolio planning, governance, prioritization, and performance monitoring while coordinating with product, technology, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product portfolio governance framework and portfolio planning processes.
- Translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and initiative pipelines.
- Lead portfolio prioritization based on value, cost, risk, and resource capacity.
- Evaluate new product proposals and investment opportunities.
- Track portfolio performance, milestones, risks, and benefits realization.
- Prepare portfolio dashboards and executive reports.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, PMO, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Manage dependencies, prioritization conflicts, and resource alignment.
- Improve portfolio management processes, governance, and tools.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience
8–12+ years in product management, portfolio management, PMO, strategy, or program management roles.
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
