We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Assist with office supplies management and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily office operations.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures when required.
- Support the Director Operations in all relevant tasks where requested.
- Good customer service skills and a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and visitors.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
