We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you will help create a smooth and supportive experience for our employees, from recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR and office coordination. If you’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, your organizational and people-focused skills might just be the secret weapon our HR team has been waiting for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR records and assist with day-to-day HR administration
- Help organize team events and employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance reviews, training, and development programs
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or office coordination
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- English — intermediate or higher
