Overview

LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs, Builds, and Delivers web and mobile applications worldwide. We specialize in creating custom CRM, ERP, and marketplace solutions across industries such as marketing, healthcare, HR, education, law compliance.

We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager from 3 years of experience to join our team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management;
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level);
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
  • Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure;
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello);
  • Solid experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria;
  • Experience in budgeting and project timeline planning;
  • Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering;
  • Experience in creating invoices

WOULD BE A PLUS

  • Experience with different industries;
  • Experience in creating Gantt charts;
  • Understanding of various software development technologies and stacks;
  • Basic understanding of software development technologies and architecture;
  • Project management certifications;
  • Agile/Scrum training or certifications

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Coordinating requirements between business stakeholders, technical experts;
  • Defining and maintaining the project roadmap and delivery plan;
  • Ensuring transparent communication, timely delivery, and consistent quality throughout the implementation process
