About the Role:

This individual will provide backend office support, data analysis & visualization and reporting assistance to the Business Head. The position involves data collection, report preparation, coordination with sales and field teams, and support in in driving business through analytics in different domains viz sales, competition, mapping, cost benefit analysis, productivity - derived from system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect data from sales teams, branches, and internal departments for ongoing projects and reports.
  • Coordinate with team for timely completion of assignments given by Business Head, taking required reports on or before time, and update Business Head
  • Proactively engage with Business Head and team for preparing annual Business plan / sales forecast
  • To analyze future business plan (sales, marketing, competition, benchmark, business forecast, future challenges etc.) as part of Strategic Business reviews at Management level.
  • Deep analysis of success and failures in adherence to the targets & to monitor projects & their progress by tracking status of activities, resolving problems, generating progress reports, recommending actions in consultation with the Business Head
  • Analyze investment v/s benefit of various Market development / Marketing Activities undertaken by the company for bringing more focus on time bound results.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare analytical reports to highlight gaps and progress.
  • Coordinate with regional and branch teams for status updates and follow-ups on ongoing initiatives.
  • Help plan and organize meetings, prepare presentations, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation in a structured manner.
  • Support preparation of management presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

.Key Competencies

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Sales force, MIS and SAP.
  • Proficient in ppt preparation, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
  • Experience in using Analytics for data-based decision making

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
  • B. Tech / Management graduate; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience in reporting, coordination, backend support, or similar roles.
