Role Overview:
The Growth Product Manager will focus on optimizing the user journey and driving customer
acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves using data-driven insights to identify
opportunities for growth, developing strategies to enhance the customer experience, and
working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that deliver measurable
business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
● Growth Strategy Development: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across
the product lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and
monetization.
● User Experience Optimization: Work with design and development teams to
enhance user journeys and optimize the product experience.
● Data Analysis & Insights: Use data to inform product decisions, identify trends,
and uncover growth opportunities.
● Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to test new ideas,
validate hypotheses, and optimize features.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across marketing,
product, and engineering to ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and analyze performance to measure
the success of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in product management or growth-focused roles.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Proven ability to drive business results through product optimization.
● Familiarity with growth frameworks and metrics (AARRR, CAC, LTV, etc.).
