Experience: 2 to 5 years only

Role: UI Designer (Full-time)

Be part of a collaborative design, development, and strategy team driving impactful user experiences. This role focuses on owning the complete design lifecycle - from research and ideation to high-fidelity execution and developer handoff - to create intuitive, scalable, and visually refined digital products.

What the role involves

• Driving end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives

• Translating business needs and user insights into impactful interfaces

• Creating high-quality mockups, prototypes, and responsive experiences

• Identifying friction points and optimizing engagement, retention, and conversion

• Collaborating cross-functionally with developers, PMs, and stakeholders

• Adapting across multiple products and tasks with a proactive mindset

What we’re looking for

• Strong UI design portfolio with modern, responsive web interfaces (minimum 3 case studies)

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite

• Experience with micro-interactions, motion design, and video editing

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS

• Up-to-date with UI trends, design systems, and mobile-first practices

• Familiarity with AI design tools or no-code platforms (good to have)

• Ability to evaluate usability, visual design, and conversion effectiveness
