Hi

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products with speed, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can coach teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Role - Scrum Master

Duration - 6 Months + Possible Extension

Location – 100% Onsite

Capacity – 5 Days/week, 8 Hours/day

Location-Noida, India

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• · Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to frameworks.
• · Partner with Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog and clear user stories.
• · Track and improve team delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
• · Identify, track, and remove impediments to enable team progress.
• · Support the team in achieving high-quality deliverables and predictable release cycles.
• · Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
• · Ensure the team adheres to organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• · Coach team members, fostering self-organization and ownership.
• · Promote Agile maturity across the organization through training and workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Experience using Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps etc.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
• PSM I/II (Professional Scrum Master)
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Background working in enterprise-scale environments.
