The Role

We’re working with a purpose-driven health tech company building software that genuinely improves patient outcomes. They’re looking for a SysOps / Devops Engineer to support and evolve their AWS-based infrastructure.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, agile team where engineers take real ownership. This isn’t a ticket-driven environment, you’ll be involved in shaping infrastructure, improving systems and working closely with developers and product teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and improving AWS infrastructure across multiple environments
• Maintaining high availability, security and performance
• Working with Terraform and Ansible to manage infrastructure as code
• Monitoring systems and responding to incidents
• Collaborating with engineers across the business

Tech stack

AWS (EC2, VPC), Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Python, PHP/MySQL

What they’re looking for

• ~3–5 years in a DevOps / SysOps / Cloud role
• Strong AWS experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform ideal)
• Linux systems experience
• Scripting (Bash or Python)
