We’re looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys automation, cloud technologies, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance in a fully remote environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for software delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, infrastructure, and application issues
- Maintain documentation of architecture, processes, and configurations
- Ensure compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization
- 1–4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving and automation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights
- AWS certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Familiarity with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization
