A leading Australian ASX listed organisation supporting critical infrastructure and defence is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive the agile delivery of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solution. The Role
As a senior SCRUM Master, you will work with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate 25+ resources across 4 major streams of work, including direct and vendor managed consultants. You will facilitate the agile delivery of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) program, including squads focused on ServiceNow development and Boomi integrations. You will also ensure the continuous delivery of value to government clients, fostering a high-performing team culture, removing blockers, and ensuring adherence to agile principles while meeting the rigorous compliance and reporting requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior PM driving delivery across a complex re-baselined COTS program in field services
  • Act as Scrum Master across 4 streams (e.g. SNOW, Integration, ERP, Government client integration)
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, showcases, backlog grooming)
  • Drive delivery cadence, sprint execution, and continuous improvement
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies across multiple teams and legacy systems
  • Work within a complex integration environment (20+ systems)
  • Support the PM with re-baselining activities and help bring structure to delivery
  • Provide clear reporting and visibility into progress, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders


About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience as an Agile SCRUM Master or Release Train Engineer, with experience leading at least 2-4+ streams on large programs
  • Solid understanding of Field Service Management, including scheduling and deploying resources across wide geographical areas
  • Industry experience across one or more of: Utilities/ Energy/ Mining / Telecommunications / Transport / Defence
  • Experience integrating COTS platforms across complex legacy ecosystems - eg ServiceNow, Oracle Field Service Management (OFS), Dynamics with Boomi or Mulesoft, SAP integration
  • Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) solutions highly regarded (ideally ServiceNow FSM)
  • Pragmatic approach to Agile methodology and ability to work in hybrid models with core focus being delivery outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, ability to provide reports to execs, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating hands-on
  • Strong delivery focus with a "go-getter" mindset, polished, high energy and dynamic communicator and a driver of people and results
