You will be joining a well-established construction company that has been operating in the Australian market for over 60 years. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while remaining true to its core values and supporting local businesses to strengthen economic growth in regional communities.
They operate across a diverse range of sectors including Aged Care, Government, Major Loss and Commercial projects, typically delivering builds and refurbishments valued between $10M – $50M.

The Role
Reporting to an experienced Construction Manager from a strong mid-tier background, you will take ownership of projects from early stages through to completion.
You will be joining an established Sydney office with a close knit team of professionals that have been with the business for 3 + years
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating project stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and strong collaboration
- Developing and managing project programs, ensuring key milestones, budgets and quality targets are achieved
- Overseeing delivery performance while maintaining strong financial and commercial outcomes
- You will typically manage 1–2 projects in construction, while also contributing to one project at tender stage.
Salary
Salary will be aligned with experience and current market conditions, with a package in the range of $220K – $250K expected.
