HONOR is a global consumer technology brand focused on developing innovative devices and a connected smart ecosystem. As we expand our AIoT product portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to drive the growth of our Artificial IoT product portfolio, including Audio (headphones / earbuds), Wearables (smartwatches), Small Home Appliances (hair dryers, air fryers, fans), IoT Smart Home devices.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital operations or physical retail, leveraging e-commerce platforms or managing offline distribution and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for smart ecosystem products
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms
• Optimize product listings.
• Manage PPC advertising and promotions
• Monitor and improve store ratings and performance
• Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, or physical stores
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Optimize in-store merchandising and product presence
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Support product positioning and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with the supply chain team
• Maintain healthy stock levels across channels
• Optimize inventory turnover

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in sales or operations within Consumer Electronics, Small Appliances, or IoT Platform Expertise
• Experience managing e-commerce backends
• Data-driven approach to conversion optimization
• Experience in offline retail management is highly preferred
• Passion for smart technology
• Ability to translate technical specifications into clear consumer value
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English proficiency is a plus. Spanish Native.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
