Springtime Technologies is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus on .NET to drive the next evolution of our platform.

In this senior hands-on role, you will shape the technical direction of our backend architecture while contributing across the full stack. You will design scalable services, build robust APIs, and ensure system reliability while collaborating closely with frontend engineers to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences for our SaaS platform used by customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture design using .NET 8+, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and service integrations that power our SaaS platform.
• Own database design and data modeling decisions (SQL Server or similar).
• Ensure clean architecture principles, domain-driven design practices, and proper separation of concerns.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React) to define API contracts and enable efficient integration.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across backend and fullstack development.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker), and monitoring strategies.
• Contribute to performance optimization, system security, and scalability improvements.
• Act as the technical point of contact for backend-related decisions in cross-functional discussions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET backend development.
• Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and modern backend architecture patterns.
• Experience working with .NET 8+ and familiarity with legacy systems such as .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Experience collaborating across the stack, ideally with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management patterns and frontend–backend API integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, integration testing).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker).
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3.954 per month, as determined by the IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
