About The Internship
- As an Assistant Product Manager within the BenSca (Benelux & Scandinavia) F&B Marketing team, you will be part of the Product Management team and you will assist the Product Managers.
- You will be based in Brussels.
Products & Campaigns: New products Launches:
- You will build different supports (powerpoint presentations and excel files) to introduce the novelties to commercial teams
- You will prepare the related sales tools kits for commercial teams B to B activities: novelties kits, novelties key information (order guides, distribution guidelines…etc.)
- You will assist the product manager in the forecasts of sales products and spm related to the novelties campaigns
- You will organize internal events for novelties presentation: brainstorming, implementation of selected ideas (activities, decoration...) with suppliers, monitoring of the implementation during the presentation days, adjustments if necessary.
- You will be in charge of producing 360° qualitative & quantitative assessments of novelties campaigns (visibility, communication, assortment, etc.)
- You will help the product managers to ensure a good category management (assortments, In & Out, pricing...)
- You will participate in the operational management of the sales tools: samples, gifts, wrapping tools, merchandising elements.
- You will monitor competition activities on all touchpoints: Media/Social Media, Bloggers, E-retail, Events, Magazines, Brochures, etc.
- You will prepare and share internally a monthly report on the competition's activities, highlighting best practices.
- Working with F&B products and products concepts and developing efficient marketing supports to share knowledge.
- Being creative and proposing innovative ideas and action plans on a daily basis .
- Understanding business issues and developing a strong knowledge of the F&B market within the Benelux region.
- Being rigorous, organized and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects with various partners simultaneously.
- Working in a highly collaborative environment helps people be at their best.
- Communicating effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and adapting your style to different audiences and contexts
- Previous internship experience in a marketing position in the fragrance & beauty industry.
- Good sense of luxury & passionate about Fragrance & beauty products and beauty trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in Power point and Excel.
- Fluency in English & French (mandatory), Dutch (nice to have).
