Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate our enterprise network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our network environment, enabling reliable business operations and supporting future growth.

This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures aligned with business and technical objectives.
  • Contribute to network architecture planning, capacity management, and long-term infrastructure strategy.
  • Configure, administer, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless systems.
  • Ensure high availability, redundancy, and resilience across all network layers and components.
  • Continuously monitor network performance, proactively identifying issues, performance gaps, or risks.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity, configuration, and performance incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and enforce network security standards, including segmentation, firewall policies, and best practices for data protection.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including diagrams, configuration details, and change records.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise network engineering, including design, deployment, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of network security principles, firewalls, segmentation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Practical experience using network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
  • Knowledge of cloud and hybrid networking models (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.


Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering or similar infrastructure roles.
