The New Product Implementation Project Manager is a key role in Repligen, driving innovation and new technology creation. The New Product Implementation Project Manager is focusing on development, conception and implementation of new and customized products with the main area or work being turn-key, single-use bioprocessing equipment. This person will report to the NPI PMO Manager.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple new and customized product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage changes and risks throughout the product development process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of new products.
- Arrange and lead various project meetings, prototype building, testing and documentation creation activities.
- University degree (preferably in Engineering) and minimum 5 years’ experience running product development projects in international companies / teams in the field of industrial equipment.
- Good understanding of project management principles & processes including Traditional & Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in continuously changing environments & handle the changes.
- Well-Organized with a team oriented approach
- Ability to lead and coach the project team, communicate common goals and add reasoning.
- Excellent communication and people skills, excellent command in English (both written and verbal)
