The Position

Join Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) as a Field Product Manager and drive the success of our industry-leading CoreLab portfolio across Finland. You will have the unique opportunity to empower healthcare professionals through expert technical training while simultaneously identifying new opportunities to expand our diagnostic impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor, co-creating meaningful solutions with customers to ensure our diagnostic excellence translates into better outcomes for every patient. This role reports to the RDS Commercial and Application Lead (Kati Viitaniemi).

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of the CoreLab solutions- including Immunochemistry and Clinical Chemistry- to address real-world healthcare needs
  • Transition seamlessly between performing hands-on laboratory training, customer application work, and executing strategic sales duties to maintain and grow the business
  • Visit and contact healthcare partners to map their specific needs and co-create innovative diagnostic solutions through skillful listening
  • Proactively learn and integrate emerging portfolios and digital tools to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving medical landscape
  • Utilize your sales expertise and digital proficiency to manage customer touchpoints and identify high-medical-value opportunities
  • Manage projects effectively within a regulated environment, ensuring all actions are accountable and strategically aligned
  • Represent Roche across Finland, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders to improve patient care outcomes


Who You Are
  • You hold a Master’s degree in a biomedical field and offer significant experience in sales and marketing processes (preferably 3–5 years)
  • You have solid experience in routine diagnostic laboratories with specific knowledge of Immunochemistry, Clinical Chemistry or Clinical Mass Spectrometry. We value candidates who understand fully automated clinical laboratory environments
  • You are comfortable working both inside and outside the lab alongside Key Opinion Leaders to deliver high-medical-value solutions for better patient care
  • You possess strong project management skills and analytical thinking, allowing you to stay calm under pressure and remain accountable in a regulated environment
  • You are fluent in Finnish and English, have a customer-oriented mindset and are fully prepared to travel throughout Finland as required
  • Local presence in Tampere or Central Finland is an asset, though not a requirement for the role. We prioritize the right talent over a specific location
