Position Summary
The job incumbent will work closely with HQ HR team to drive end to end people agenda in Europe Region. He/she will be fully responsible for delivering key HR initiatives with a fast growing brand in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Direct the local offices in implementing UPI global HR policies & processes.
- Customize the local HR policies when necessary by constantly observing local statutory requirements and employment regulations to ensure all locations fully compliant in all HR activities.
- Fulfill the recruiting target by carrying out a wide range of sourcing events and recruiting activities, and consistently maintain a professional image in face of candidates to boost UPI employment brand.
- Manage end to end employee life cycle, ie. On boarding, employee engagement, employee development, attrition management.
- Be accountable for payroll services in the region. Monitor the company’s pay and benefits structure and guidelines, and balance cost control with the need to attract, reward and retain staff.
- Manage annual employee performance evaluation cycle.
- Accountable for carrying out employee training activities at local level.
- Other HR advisory activities by engaging closely with all the key stakeholders in the geography
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment;
- Effective communication skills – both oral as well as written;
- Culturally adaptive in an international working environment;
- Chinese language proficiency is a big plus.
