In your role as Junior Process Automation Developer (Golang) (m/f/d), you will optimize business operations by analyzing and automating workflows, mainly using Golang. You'll manage projects, collaborate across teams, and develop scalable microservices and integrations in Golang to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

Job Description

  • Conduct impact analysis to evaluate cost savings, time reduction, and overall business improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams across various domains to understand business needs and identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Design, build, and maintain Golang microservices and integrations across internal systems, databases, and cloud tools
  • Document standard operating procedures, process flows, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency in process execution across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with go and frontend technologies (react).
  • Strong project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
