Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices for mobile app development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of security best practices for mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and innovation.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that meet user needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical specifications and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Implement best practices for performance, security, and user experience in mobile app development.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate Android applications with backend services and third-party APIs to enhance functionality.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing and debugging.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into the development process.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, architecture, and codebase.
