Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong React & Architecture experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our web applications.

You will collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers to create scalable, high-performance solutions that improve the lives of neurodiverse individuals.

This role offers flexibility, and you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects in an exciting and rapidly evolving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and modern front-end technologies.

Design, implement, and oversee the evolution and optimization of our system architecture and data infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless interaction between front-end and backend systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

Lead code reviews, mentor new junior developers, and guide the team in technical decision-making.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal performance.

Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to continually improve our product offerings.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React (Native & JS)

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.

Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, or similar.

Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and designing data models.

Hands-on experience with Server Communications (RESTful, GraphQL, socket technology).

Experience with version control (Git).

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hands on experience designing, building and maintaining software architectures, frameworks and databases.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience mentoring junior team members

Experience managing development teams and projects

Experience with Kotlin, IOS etc
