Role: DevOps Lead
Location: Dublin, Ireland( Hybrid)
Contract: 06-12months with possible extensions
Requirements :
- Lead a team of ~10 DevOps and Platform Engineers
- Work closely with the Platform Team Product Owner, and Enterprise Integration Leadership team to:
o Define, Plan and Execute the roadmap of API Platform Team change in conjunction with the Enablement Team PO
o Design and deliver API Platform Team solutions covering:
§ CI/CD: Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform
§ SCM : Bitbucket / GitHub Enterprise
§ JIRA Service Desk Automations
§ Security : Fortify (SAST + DAST), XRay (SCA)
§ SRE: AppDynamics, Grafana, Loki, Cloudwatch, Anypoint
o Ensure Governance is applied through Automation – Quality Gates
o Ensure Coding standards for Enablement Team are in place and applied
o Provide Technical leadership for the team, and ensure Technical prioritisation and priorities considered appropriately by PO
o Ensure that core DevOps tooling, patterns, assets are used
o Ensure versioning of all created assets
o Develop and Mentor junior staff
o Arrange a roster for on-call support as needed by Release
o In conjunction with Engineering Leads
§ Support delivery of an excellent Developer Experience
§ Support the core frameworks development for Spring and MuleSoft including the integration of testing frameworks
§ Support key programme / initiative delivery
