Mabalacat, Pampanga, Mid Shift (UK)

NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs in Figma based on briefs from the Head of Product or Lead Designer
  • Build and maintain components within existing design systems
  • Produce high-quality, consistent UI across web applications
  • Translate requirements and sketches into polished designs
  • Support the creation of user flows and basic prototypes
  • Prepare developer-ready handoffs with clear layouts and assets
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from senior team members
  • Ensure consistency across screens, spacing, typography, and components
  • Assist with design updates, improvements, and general UI polish

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience using Figma (frames, components, auto layout, prototyping basics)
  • Good eye for visual design (spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy)
  • Understanding of basic UX principles and usability
  • Ability to follow design systems and established patterns
  • Comfortable taking direction and working from briefs
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Good communication and willingness to collaborate

Nice To Have Skills

  • Basic understanding of how web apps are built (HTML/CSS, components)
  • Experience working with developers
  • Exposure to Agile workflows (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Some experience with user feedback or usability improvements
