Job Description

You will join our international team in Bergamo, contributing to innovative projects at the intersection of design, data analytics, and digital solutions. As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive the successful delivery of projects focused on UX/UI, data analytics, and dashboard development, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and impactful visual presentations.

Your Missions

• Lead and manage projects related to UX/UI design, data analytics, and dashboard solutions for mobile and web platforms
• Coordinate and supervise data teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Oversee the implementation of software tools and methodologies within data analytics projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure high-quality visual and graphical presentation standards in all project communications and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project teams

Your Profile

• Experience in project management within digital, UX/UI, or data analytics environments (minimum 4 years)
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and dashboard software
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including data and design specialists
• English fluent (minimum B1/B2 level); Italian fluent.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Academic background in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• You show excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• You adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirements
