Senior Data Analyst - LATAM Hub Analytics Lead
- Tech competences/Experience
- Advanced SQL, data manipulation and data/metrics visualisation skills (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau or similar); Python
- Solid knowledge of statistics, experimentation and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- 5+ years of experience in all aspects of digital product, funnel, commercial analytics for a significant area/function (hub, country, vertical, etc.); role of go-to analyst or analytics lead for region, function
- Business degree with strong quantitative component or quantitative degree
- Successful track record in delivering end-to-end complex analytics projects with significant business impact
- Desirable experience with marketplace and/or credit products

- Pragmatic approach - ability to understand business problem, translate into structured analysis and business actions, pushing for impact beyond insight

About the role/We expect You
- As HUB Analytics Lead you will act as All analytics/BI owner for LATAM Hub partnering with acquisition, retention, partnerships management leads across 3 core markets
- You hold central role driving commercial, funnel and product analytics for Jeff App expansion and scaling in LATAM HUB, define and maintain success metrics
- You translate growth and profitability targets into metrics, A/B tests and analytical deep-dives
- You lead the relevant metrics/KPIs, unit economics development and control including dashboards and business reporting
- You provide data-driven decision making support to continuously improve customer funnel, partner performance, marketing channels and beyond
- Establish and document analytics standards: funnel metrics, KPI definitions, experiment guidelines, and best practices
