Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and track national funding projects to make sure they are delivered on time, follow the rules, and meet quality standards;
- Handle daily project tasks, keep documents up to date, and prepare financial and progress reports as required;
- Work with internal teams (finance, admin) to ensure correct reporting and compliance;
- Represent company in communication with Latvian research agencies (LZP and LIAA);
- Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, business partners, and funding bodies to support ongoing and future collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience managing EU or national projects and working with Latvian public or research organizations;
- Knowledge of preparing financial and project report statements and understanding of laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Commission applicable to projects and their reporting;
- Educational background in Project Management, Business, Political Science, or a
- related field;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time;
- Experience working with LZP, LIAA, or similar research and development
- institutions;
- Fluent in English and Latvian, both spoken and written.
