Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and track national funding projects to make sure they are delivered on time, follow the rules, and meet quality standards;
• Handle daily project tasks, keep documents up to date, and prepare financial and progress reports as required;
• Work with internal teams (finance, admin) to ensure correct reporting and compliance;
• Represent company in communication with Latvian research agencies (LZP and LIAA);
• Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, business partners, and funding bodies to support ongoing and future collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience managing EU or national projects and working with Latvian public or research organizations;
• Knowledge of preparing financial and project report statements and understanding of laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Commission applicable to projects and their reporting;
• Educational background in Project Management, Business, Political Science, or a
• related field;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time;
• Experience working with LZP, LIAA, or similar research and development
• institutions;
• Fluent in English and Latvian, both spoken and written.
