In this project, you will be part of a large international team working on the development of hemodialysis medical devices. As an Agile Delivery Lead, your role will be to support the software development teams by ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with the processes. Your contributions will expedite the delivery of these innovative devices to the market, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for patients around the world.


Work


As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will support Software Engineering teams working on cutting-edge hemodialysis medical devices. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, foster team communication, resolve conflicts, and help drive continuous improvement in multiple projects, helping to achieve the planned milestones.


Other responsibilities would include:


  • Run recurring delivery ceremonies (iteration planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
  • Support team, Product Owner, and Project Manager in PI planning.
  • Support Product Owner and Project Manager in building and maintaining detailed delivery plans, milestones, and work breakdown structures, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across distributed teams.
  • Plan and coordinate software development activities within the scope of new or further development of dialysis machines.
  • Planning and tracking of internal software releases, branching, merging, related activities, and deliverables.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
  • Implementation of the processes for the realization of the SOPs (e.g. software life cycle process).
  • Use, configuration, and adaptation of tools and templates for software development and verification
  • Coordination with technical project management, line function, and specialist departments
  • Motivate, support, and encourage global agile teams in self-organization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project obstacles by using metrics/KPIs and active solution proposals.
  • Align backlog structure and project reporting measures according to the company's standards.
  • Serve as a key user and administrator for lifecycle management tools like Polarion, Windchill, and Azure.
  • Conduct user training and participate in tool and process improvements.
  • We are looking for a person with the following experience:


    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead, preferably in the medical device industry.
    • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and project reporting.
    • Experience in Project Management.
    • Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Polarion, or Windchill.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Ability to think critically and facilitate change based on team dynamics and challenges.
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
    • Scrum Master or other relevant certification is a plus.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
