We're looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to own our product analytics infrastructure end-to-end. You'll build and maintain the data tracking, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics foundations that enable our product team to make data-driven decisions. This is a high-impact technical role for someone who thrives building robust analytics systems and can execute with minimal oversight in a startup environment.
Core Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience building and maintaining product analytics infrastructure in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong track record designing data tracking strategies and partnering with engineers on instrumentation
- Deep product analytics experience (user behavior, funnels, feature adoption, and tying product signals to business outcomes)
- Advanced SQL and scripting skills (e.g., Python); comfortable reading and writing production code and collaborating with backend engineers
- Hands-on experience with dbt (or similar transformation frameworks) and cloud data warehouses — we use BigQuery on GCP
- Ability to work end-to-end and independently — from defining analytics requirements to implementing solutions and driving delivery
- Excellent communication skills with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong data quality mindset — comfortable validating data, defining metrics, and ensuring analytics reliability
- Experience building analytics infrastructure from scratch
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools; LookML or semantic layer development
- Familiarity with GA4 data structure (event-based schema, BigQuery export tables)
- Professional growth. Internal and external events, online training, conferences, books - everything you need to reach full potential
- Health benefits. Private health insurance, online and on-site workouts, consultations to feel and be your best
- Team spirit. Team buildings and parties with games, shows, tastings, food coupons, gifts, and it’s on us
- More free time. Stay with us and additional vacation days will be added to your calendar
- Additional paid leave. Additional days are covered by us in cases of illness or special occasions
- Flexibility. Flexible working time arrangement

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
