Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join Infrastructure Team. We are responsible for maintaining reliable hybrid infrastructure, managing daily on‑prem operations, and driving our transition toward Azure, automation, and Infrastructure as Code, with strong focus on monitoring, patching, and compliance.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of hybrid on‑prem and Azure infrastructure services.
• Perform daily operational management of servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and related platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute patch management cycles across Windows Server, virtualization, storage, Kubernetes, and Azure resources.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and performance/capacity analytics.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, drive root cause analysis, and support continuous reliability improvements.
• Manage enterprise on‑premises technologies including Windows Server, Hyper‑V, NetApp storage, and Commvault backups. Knowledge in Azure Local AVD (previously Azure Stack HCI) is appreciated.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid identity integrations using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and automation for deployments and configuration.
• Operate Kubernetes environments, supporting containerized workloads and ensuring monitoring and operational best practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects including cloud migration, modernization, automation, and hybrid architecture initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (BaFin, CSSF, DORA).

Your skills and experience:

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V or VMware) and storage platforms such as NetApp.
• Proven experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms (e.g., Commvault).
• Practical experience deploying and managing Azure infrastructure and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform and Bicep, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating Kubernetes environments and supporting containerized platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage both BAU operations and project work.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and organizational abilities, with a proactive and structured approach to continuous improvement.
