In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver value to our clients. You will play a crucial part in coordinating teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to development teams in their use of HashiCorp Vault
  • Driving the creation and ongoing governance of comprehensive, enterprise consistency, clarity, and alignment with operational and security standards
  • Grade documentation for HashiCorp Vault, ensuring
  • Leading the configuration and deployment of HashiCorp Vault using Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code practices, with the ability to standardize patterns across diverse and heterogeneous environments
  • Architecting, designing, and developing new functionalities and platform enhancements, demonstrating strong ownership of Vault's roadmap and evolution within the organization
  • Overseeing project execution end to end, coordinating teams, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery, while also managing individual maintenance requests with a senior operational mindset
  • Planning, orchestrating, and validating Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, defining scenarios, success criteria, and cross team readiness
  • Ensuring continuous operational excellence of the Vault platform, including proactive maintenance, performance optimization, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
  • 7 years of experience as a Project manager
  • 4 years of experience in IaC/CaC
  • 4 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps Services
  • 5 years of experience in secrets management solution design and implementation
  • Strong experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technical initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Secrets Manager solutions, with the ability to align technical delivery with overall security strategy
  • Strong technical expertise in Azure DevOps and Terraform
  • English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
  • French proficiency at B2 level (recommended)
  • Solid knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Thorough understanding of IT development methodologies and best practices
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and cross team communication
  • Ability to contribute to strategic decisions related to platform evolution, governance, and long-term architectural direction
  • Additional info regarding the requirements:
  • Proven experience leading end to end deployments of Secrets Manager solutions, including configuration, validation, troubleshooting, environment hardening, documentation, and operational rollout, with the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, covering CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automation, service connections, and governance controls, with the capability to standardize processes and guide teams toward delivery best practices.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, including IaC design (modules, variables), state management, Azure/AWS providers, policy enforcement, and deployment workflows, combined with the maturity to oversee IaC governance and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
  • Solid knowledge of modern IT development methodologies, including SDLC, clean code principles, versioning, testing practices, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, with experience guiding teams toward structured, high-quality delivery.
  • Experience working in Waterfall environments, managing structured, phase-based project delivery, documentation, and cross team coordination
