Context of the Role:

The Bank requires a senior project manager to support, with a strong delivery and coordination focus around HashiCorp Vault and enterprise secrets management.

The objective of the role is to lead the onboarding of new applications into HashiCorp Vault using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) practices, while ensuring secure, standardized, and compliant integration across the environment. The assignment also covers operational documentation, training, platform enhancements, Disaster Recovery testing, and the end-to-end coordination of technical initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of new applications into HashiCorp Vault using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code methodologies.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams in their adoption and use of HashiCorp Vault.
• Drive the creation and governance of precise, comprehensive, and enterprise-grade operational documentation for Vault.
• Lead the configuration and deployment of HashiCorp Vault using standardized IaC/CaC patterns across diverse and heterogeneous environments.
• Architect, design, and develop new functionalities, platform improvements, and architectural enhancements within Vault.
• Oversee project execution end-to-end, including planning, coordination, prioritization, workload follow-up, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams at scale, while managing individual maintenance requests with a senior operational mindset.
• Plan, orchestrate, and validate Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, including scenarios, success criteria, and cross-team readiness.
• Ensure continuous operational excellence of the Vault platform through proactive maintenance, performance optimization, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver structured training sessions to relevant teams to ensure proper and efficient usage of Vault.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Secrets Manager solutions, with the ability to align technical delivery with the overall security strategy.
• Strong technical expertise in Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Thorough understanding of IT development methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and cross-team communication.
• Ability to contribute to strategic decisions related to platform evolution, governance, and long-term architectural direction.
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
• French proficiency at B2 level (recommended).

Mandatory Knowledge:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in secrets management solution design and implementation.
• Strong experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technical initiatives.
