Senior ERP Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) | €72,360 per year | Hoofddorp
Join a global Biotech and Pharmaceutical company in Hoofddorp as a Senior ERP Business Analyst.
In this high-impact role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions, driving the ERP strategy that supports the delivery of life-saving cancer treatments worldwide.

- Salary: €72,360 per year
- Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands
- Contract: Initial 12 months contract with the possibility of extension
- Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00
Role
Representing the ERP BPO function, the Senior Business Analyst serves as a critical partner to both IT and business stakeholders, being responsible for translating complex requirements into functional specifications, managing system enhancements, and ensuring that all ERP activities from tech transfers to product launches, meet stringent validation and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Representation: Act as the lead for site-specific and global initiatives, including system enhancements and Global Supply Chain (GSC) prioritized projects.
- Requirement Management: Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into clear functional specifications and test scenarios.
- Testing & Quality: Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect triage and final business sign-off.
- Compliance & Documentation: Collaborate with Change Owners and Quality Engineering to maintain accurate work instructions and ensure all validation standards are met.
- Impact Assessment: Provide expert ERP impact assessments during change control forums and socialization meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of functional experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a comparable enterprise-scale role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep functional mastery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is essential.
- Process Knowledge: Strong end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance business processes.
- Change Management: Proven track record of managing ERP enhancements within governed, regulated change management frameworks.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements within highly regulated environments (e.g., Biotech or Pharma)
