Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and accessible user experiences for complex, multi-module applications. The role involves UX research, UI design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality UI interfaces in Figma aligned with the company’s design system and accessibility standards.
- Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, heuristic and accessibility audits.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs based on research insights.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Maintain design consistency and usability across multiple modules.
- Use AI-driven design tools and Figma Make to improve design efficiency and workflows.
- Strong experience in UX/UI design for complex applications
- Advanced Figma skills (design systems, prototyping)
- Experience with UX research methods (qualitative & quantitative)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Compliance with data privacy, security, and company design standards
- All design assets must remain within approved company platforms
