What To Expect
The Sales Operations team sits at the center of Tesla’s Sales & Delivery organization and plays a critical role in shaping how the business plans, prioritizes, and executes across the Western Europe region. We support decision-making on topics ranging from sales programs to target setting, market expansion, FSD adoption, and competitive positioning.

As a Sales & Delivery Analyst, you will act as a generalist problem solver supporting a wide range of high-impact initiatives. This role is intentionally broad: priorities evolve quickly, and you will be expected to translate ambiguity into analyses and tools that deliver clear, actionable insights to local teams in the Western Europe region. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, delivery, logistics, data engineering, and business planning teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to build strong analytical, business, and stakeholder-management skills while helping steer Tesla’s growth in EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Localize EMEA analytics and reporting initiatives to ensure high adoption across the Western Europe region
  • Develop analytics tools and dashboards that meet requirements from local stakeholders to improve decision-making and operational processes
  • Maintain and develop SQL-based automations, dashboards, and tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across Sales & Delivery operations
  • Support Sales & Delivery teams with in-depth analyses, scalable reporting, and data tools that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning frameworks, tools, and data structures used across the organization


  • What You'll Bring

  • Background in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience in Commercial Operations, Strategy & Planning, Business Analytics
  • Strong data analysis, automations, and visualization skills - experience with Python, R, SQL, and Tableau is essential
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), C# and ETL processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality - ready to dive into details when needed
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, ramping quickly on new topics, and delivering high-quality outputs under time pressure
