You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to contribute to the design of user-centric solutions across the platform.
✨ What’s Your Role in This Journey✨
- UX & UI Design: Contribute to the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components for a SaaS platform, supporting end-to-end design activities.
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into clear, usable design solutions.
- Prototyping & Design Tools: Create and iterate designs using Figma or similar tools, ensuring consistency and usability across the product.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Use and contribute to the existing design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency across the platform.
- User Feedback & Iteration: Support usability testing, collect feedback, and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and basic usability best practices.
- Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams with product and engineering.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or English
- Experience in mortgage, insurance, fintech, proptech or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with design systems.
- Exposure to B2B products or complex workflows.
