- The CIB HR Communication & Communities Coordinator plays a key role in supporting global CIB & ALMT HR projects and programs through impactful communication initiatives. This position manages a portfolio of projects and global communities, driving high-impact communication actions. Closely connected to multiple stakeholders, this role is essential in creating a positive employee experience across CIB. Working in partnership with CIB HR teams worldwide, Communication teams, and senior managers.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the CIB HR communication plan and its roadmap
- Design and deliver digital communication solutions in project mode to meet HR client and community needs
- Manage existing HR communication tools and content in BaU mode, ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times
- Integrate social media practices (LinkedIn) into HR projects
- Create engaging content for HR communities, leveraging insights from projects and programs
- Organize HR events, both virtual and in-person
- Monitor market trends in HR communication and apply best practices
- Track and measure communication effectiveness through feedback collection and KPI monitoring
- 5 years experience in HR communication topics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
