Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage and optimize switching and routing environments, with a focus on enterprise-grade network architectures.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless network integration across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support the implementation of network best practices, standards, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with IT service management practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

You must have:

• 2 years experience working with enterprise network environments and troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Proven experience in enterprise network administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, and network infrastructure management.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational processes.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, twice per week.

Certifications:

• CCNA
• CompTIA Network+
• ITIL Foundation
• Knowledge or certification in Cloud Networking is valued.
