ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring fixed-price and short-term projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction. You’ll launch and mentor teams, establish efficient workflows, and serve as the bridge between clients and engineers to drive collaboration and autonomy. This role offers the chance to shape processes, influence project outcomes, and grow both team and client relationships in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met;
- Define project plans, scope, and resource allocation;
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive execution;
- Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships;
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders;
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and bottlenecks;
- Ensure high standards of Agile delivery and process excellence;
- Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations;
- Manage project financials, including budget, revenue, and margins;
- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance management;
- Partner with leadership and recruitment to build and scale teams.
MUST HAVES
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects;
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions;
- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like software developers, delivery/project managers, and account managers;
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;
- Strong team orientation, ability to maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools;
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Availability to work with 5-6 hours of overlap with EST;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
