We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, which manages payment engine applications for international and cross-border payments. The main platform is Dovetail, supported by several Java-based applications.

You will be responsible for deployments, configurations, and operational support of the payment engine, ensuring smooth and reliable payment processing services.

✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Support deployments and configurations of payment processing applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot applications in production.
• Ensure system reliability and availability following DevOps & SRE best practices.
• Work with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Apply ITIL concepts for incident, problem, and change management.
• Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible) to improve efficiency.
• Provide occasional out-of-office hours support for critical run/deployment activities (remote possible).

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations or DevOps.
• Proficient in DevOps
• Proficient in Linux : administration knowledge, troubleshooting CPU, memory, disk issues.
• Experience handling on‑premise server-related issues.
• Good hands-on experience on Ansible : Should know how to write playbooks, roles and modules concepts.
• Monitoring: Grafana (creating dashboards, alerts)
• Strong experience with Prometheus: PromQL, alerting configuration, and knowledge of how metrics are generated, exported, and scraped into Prometheus.
• Advanced experience in Azure DevOps: ability to design and optimize pipelines, manage build and release artifacts, and enforce robust branch policies to maintain code quality.
• Familiar with scripting in Bash and/or Python
• Knowledge and understanding of Database - RDBMS concepts

Good to have :

• Payment’s domain experience
• Experience with Kibana
