Your role
As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Experience in Monitor application health and system performance across Windows and RHEL7 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 /L3 incidents, service requests, and alerts within defined SLAs.
- Perform minor enhancements, configuration updates, and routine maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and release deployments.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation for operations, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Support deployment activities and validate post‑release stability.
- Ensure compliance with 24/7 on-call schedules and escalation protocols.
- Hands‑on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Preferred
- Experience supporting applications built on Windows Server and RHEL7.
- Working knowledge of .NET, PHP, and MySQL for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with 24/7 production support, on‑call rotations, and incident management.
- Ability to analyze logs, perform root‑cause analysis, and handle performance issues.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar).
- Basic scripting capabilities (Shell, PowerShell, or Python) for automation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures (optional but beneficial).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience handling minor enhancements, configuration changes, and release validations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
