ERNI Applied AI Engineering Program – Romania (3 Months)

We are launching a selective 3-month applied engineering program focused on building production-ready AI systems using Python, LLM technologies, and cloud platforms.

This program is designed for high-potential candidates who want hands-on experience developing real AI backend systems under technical mentorship.

What You Will Work On

• Designing and implementing Python-based backend services
• Integrating LLM APIs (Azure/OpenAI)
• Building RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases
• Implementing structured outputs and validation logic
• Estimating and optimizing AI token costs
• Deploying containerized AI services to Azure
• Writing clean, tested, production-structured code

What We Expect

• Strong Python fundamentals
• Understanding of APIs and backend basics
• Genuine interest in applied AI engineering
• Ability to work independently and deliver Proof of Work
• Comfort receiving direct technical feedback
