What You Can Expect From The Role
- Prepare annual salary increase and bonus campaigns (tools, process, tracking)
- Monitor compensation indicators (payroll, internal equity)
- Contribute to the management of employee benefits (profit-sharing, participation, health insurance, provident schemes)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and collective agreements
- Collaborate with local and international HR teams on compensation-related topics
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (reporting, mobility)

- University Degree
- 4-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment topics (Compensation & Benefits)
- Knowledge of HR systems
- English advanced
