Job Description:
Job Title: HR Shared Services Response Centre Specialist (EMEA)
Location: Bucharest, Romania (4 days office).
Department: HR Shared Services (EMEA)
Duration: 6-month contract.
Overview:
As part of the HR Shared Services Response Centre, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries across EMEA, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. This role involves managing tickets, resolving queries, and escalating cases when necessary, while adhering to company policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR-related queries (onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee changes) via the ticketing system.
- Triage and assign inquiries to appropriate teams or escalate as needed.
- Deliver accurate and timely information using HR Knowledgebase and intranet resources.
- Maintain data accuracy through audits and quality checks.
- Promote self-service and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with EMEA HR processes and hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
- HR certification (or working towards) is an advantage.
